Department: Desktop Engineer Salary

Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit 2 full time IT Engineers to join it's ICT Team. This is an exciting role based in the Council HQ in Lochgilphead or the Graham Williamson IT Centre, Helensburgh working within a dynamic team which has a strong focus on customer service.
You will beproviding first line customer support via the ICT Service Desk and must have strong technical skills around supporting the latest Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. In addition, experience of first line support of Microsoft servers and data networks is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
